Policy and Member Conduct

greenville.com: Not an Anonymous Email Service

At greenville.com, the registered first name and last name are sent with each email message, no "handles" or nicknames are substituted. Furthermore, each email message sent from a greenville.com account includes the Internet Protocol (IP) address from which the login session originated. With this additional header information, the source of a message can be narrowed dramatically. greenville.com records and stores all logins, including IP addresses, dates, and times.

If you desire an anonymous account, do not use greenville.com. Please search the Internet for such services.

greenville.com: No "Spam"

We do not tolerate our members being the victims of unsolicited email (aka "spam"). We are equally intolerant of greenville.com members sending junk email. Sending junk email from an greenville.com account is cause for that account's termination.

greenville.com promotes responsible Net Commerce and is actively boycotting unsolicited email.
